If you submit dream text or other content ("User Content"), you:

• Represent you have the right to submit it
• Agree not to submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes others' rights

License to operate the Service: You retain your rights in your User Content, but you grant us a license to host, store, process, and use your User Content to provide and improve the Service (including sending it to AI providers to generate your results).

Some features require payment (e.g., full dream analysis).

• One-time purchases: Full dream analysis purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions. You are not automatically charged again.
• Dream analysis credits: Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits are not a subscription, currency, wallet balance, or cash equivalent. They can be used only for Loom Dream analyses, are not transferable, and do not expire unless stated at purchase.
• Pricing: All prices are displayed before purchase. Tax/VAT may be added based on your location.

Our order process is conducted by a third-party payment processor who acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. This means:

• The payment processor's name (not "Loom Dream") will appear on your bank or credit card statement
• They handle payment processing, applicable tax collection, and payment-related inquiries
• We do not store your full payment card details

• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service
• Use the Service to violate laws or others' rights
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory

We (and our licensors) own the Service, including its software, design, and trademarks. You may use the Service and your results for personal, non-commercial use unless we explicitly allow otherwise.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
