Payments:

Payment details are processed by our payment processors. We may receive limited information such as billing status, billing country, last four digits, and transaction IDs. We do not store your full payment card details.

• Provide the Service and deliver your results
• Store your dream submissions and interpretations so you can access them
• Improve the Service, debug issues, and secure the Service
• Understand usage through analytics
• Measure marketing performance and run advertising campaigns
• Communicate with you about the Service (including account and billing messages)

Loom Dream uses artificial intelligence (via third-party AI providers) to analyze and interpret your dreams.

When you submit a dream:

• Your dream text is sent to our AI provider for processing
• The AI generates an interpretation based on your text
• Your dream and interpretation are stored in our database to provide your results

Important commitments:

• We do NOT use your dreams to train AI models
• We do NOT sell your dream content to third parties
• We do NOT share your specific dreams or interpretations with advertising partners

We share information with:

• Cloud/hosting providers — to host databases and run the Service (e.g., Vercel, Supabase)
• AI processing providers — to generate interpretations from your dream text (e.g., OpenRouter, Anthropic)
• Analytics providers — to understand how the Service is used (e.g., Google Analytics, PostHog)
• Advertising/measurement partners — to measure ad performance and run marketing campaigns (e.g., Meta Pixel / Conversions API, Google Ads)
• Payment processor (Merchant of Record) — Our third-party payment processor handles all payments as our Merchant of Record. They receive: your email address, billing country, payment method details (which they process securely), and purchase history with us. They may use this information to process payments, prevent fraud, and comply with tax obligations.
• Email/support vendors — to send messages and manage support (e.g., Resend)
• Legal/safety — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security

We may update our service providers from time to time. This policy reflects the categories of providers we work with; specific vendors may change.

We and our partners may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies for:

• Analytics (understanding which pages users visit)
• Fraud prevention and security
• Advertising measurement and interest-based advertising

Your choices:

• Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies
• Opt out of interest-based ads through industry tools like the Digital Advertising Alliance

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. We currently do not respond to DNT signals. However, you can opt out of analytics and interest-based advertising using the tools described above.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes:

• Dream content and interpretations: Retained while your account is active or until you request deletion
• Support messages: Retained as needed to handle your request
• Analytics logs: Retained for a limited period (typically up to 24 months)

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@loomdream.com.

California residents: You may have additional rights under California privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA). You can request to know, delete, or correct personal information, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (as those terms are defined by law). We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

European users (GDPR): You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, request data portability, and object to certain processing.

We do not sell your personal information. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide a "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" link.

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live, including the United States. These countries may have different data protection laws.

The Service is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
