14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with your dream analysis. If your full analysis doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

To request a refund, email support@loomdream.com with the email address you used for your purchase.

EU and UK Residents: Right of Withdrawal

If you are a resident of the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a legal right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

Waiver for Instant Digital Delivery:

By clicking "Analyze" and completing your purchase, you:

  • Acknowledge that delivery of your analysis begins immediately
  • Expressly consent to waive your 14-day withdrawal right upon delivery

Our 14-day satisfaction guarantee still applies after delivery.

To exercise withdrawal before delivery, email support@loomdream.com before the 14-day period expires.

How Refunds Work

  • Processing time: We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days
  • Refund method: Refunds are issued through our payment processor to your original payment method
  • Timeline: Approved refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • Credit packs: If a credit pack refund is approved, unused credits may be removed from your account. Credits used to create a dream analysis are considered delivered and are not returned for dissatisfaction with the result. If a technical error prevents delivery, we may restore the credit or refund at our discretion.

Exceptions

We may offer refunds at our discretion in cases of:

  • Technical errors that prevented delivery of your analysis
  • Duplicate charges
  • Other circumstances we deem appropriate
